For an aprox.  Total of $200.000 per farm that includes:

1.The  aprox. 12.5 acres (5 hectares or 50.000 sqm) titled land itself segregated for you in the name of a Costa rica Corporation.

2. A homesite in the property.

3. The maintenance of the plantation for the next three years.

4. A contract that will guarantee you the care, maintenance and harvest of your teak for the years to come. You do not have to be present.

5. The title insurance from LAND AMERICA commonwealth title of central america.
